Frozen Base

My DuraFon 4X base is frozen,how can i restart ???? :( :(

First try power cycling the base.

If no luck, try resetting the base, then power cycling the base.

Note, if you reset the base, you then have to register all handsets to it after.

After that, if its not responding, I'd get an RMA for it.
