Can't connects ERB9250 to ESR7750 - help please

Hi
I have an ESR 7750 wireless router that works fine, althought the distance the signal carries is not great.
I have purchased an ERB9250 range extender.

I have updated both the current firmware.

I cannot get the 9250 to connect and transmit the signal ?

I have tried all the steps in the install manual several times.

Make sure the SSID you are telling the ERB9250 is the one being broadcast by the 2.4GHz radio, not 5GHz. Also make sure the ERB9250 is in an area where the signal is strong enough to connect to the ESR7750, usually where your laptop says 3 bars.
